Glenn Mitchell, a longtime KERA staff member and host of The Glenn Mitchell Show, died in November 2005 at age 55. KERA established The Glenn Mitchell Fund at the suggestion of listeners who wanted to make gifts in Glenn's memory, and after his family requested memorial donations to KERA or to the American Heart Association.
