ABOUT PAT STANTON:

Pat Stanton is partner in charge of the Dallas office of Baker Botts, one of the oldest, if not the oldest, law firms in Texas. She also represents owners and developers of commercial real estate projects in the United States and internationally. Ms. Stanton represents sponsors in the formation of real estate funds and developers in nearly every aspect of commercial real estate development, including land acquisition, negotiation of debt and equity financing, negotiation of tenant leases, construction contracts and management agreements and negotiation of reciprocal easements, covenants and development agreements. Typical projects include first-class office buildings, hotels, condominiums, major retail centers and mixed-use properties.

In addition to representing developers, Ms. Stanton advises sellers, investors and purchasers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, including office and retail projects, apartments, hotels and mixed-use projects. Ms. Stanton also advises tenants of major office and industrial properties, from the request for proposal stage through lease execution.
