DALLAS/FORT WORTH — KXT 91.7 FM, in partnership with Live Nation, announces indie-rockers Death Cab for Cutie will headline KXT’s Summer Cut: The Happy Funtime Fest on Friday, August 15, 2014, at Gexa Energy Pavilion. KXT’s third-annual fest also features eclectic folk artist Iron & Wine, The Hold Steady and up-and-coming brother-sister duo The Oh Hellos. Additional national artists include The Wild Feathers, Thao & The Get Down Stay Down and local acts The Unlikely Candidates, The Orbans and Valise.
Summer Cut tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 6 at 10 a.m. All tickets can be purchased at www.livenation.com. The concert is produced by Live Nation.
