Canadian real estate developer Jack Matthews tells why he decided to relocate his business to North Texas in the late 1980s.  With projects from Calgary to Dubai, Matthews Southwest is best known for Dallas’ Southside redevelopment – an area many once avoided, now in high demand.  Matthews shares his passion for renovating old structures and discusses the company’s plan to transform downtown’s historic Dallas High School, which opened to students in 1908.
