At the age of six, Jorge Baldor and his family immigrated to the United States from Havana, Cuba, settling in Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas. Today, that’s where Baldor has founded Mercado369 – a community art center and cafe reflecting the rich culture and history of Latin America.
