Prior to joining Lockton Dunning Benefits as partner/vice president in 1995, Bruce served as vice president of employee benefits for CIGNA HealthCare. He is a recognized thought leader in employee benefits and possesses extensive experience aligning various types of health and welfare plans to corporate business objectives. Since moving into the chief executive officer role of Dallas-based Lockton Dunning Benefits in January of 2007, Sammis continues to serve as a high-level strategic consultant providing leadership to client service teams while concurrently growing the Dallas book of business. As a result of Bruce’s leadership and expertise, Lockton Dunning Benefits continues to maintain its status as one of the foremost leaders in employee benefit solutions and corporate wellness consulting in the country.
