Stewart is an associate professor of religion and African American studies at Emory University, where she created the course “Black Love.” She joins guest host Courtney Collins to talk about the intersection of romantic love and Black Civil Rights. Her book is “Black Women, Black Love: America’s War on African American Marriage.”
