Time: Doors at 7PM, Show starts at 8PM. Pre-show Soundcheck and Meet & Greet: ($125/ticket level) begins at 5PM.
Ticket Delivery: Some tickets mailed early May, the remainder will mail May 27th. All donors will receive electronic copies of your tickets before the show via the email address in your donor file.
Pre-show Soundcheck and Meet & Greet: ($125/ticket level) 5PM start*. Details will mail with your tickets. Please arrive at the venue box office no later than 4:50pm on the show day. Upon arrival, a rep will meet you to give you special Brit Floyd VIP tour passes/lanyards. You will have an exclusive opportunity to browse through all the show merchandise and to chat to the show personnel pre-show. You will then be escorted by Brit Floyd’s Tour Manager into the venue auditorium for the VIP Experience/Soundcheck. You will be able to enjoy concessions/bar and revisit the merch table before doors open at 7PM.
Venue COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: The venue does not have COVID restrictions. You are welcome to wear masks at your own discretion.
Directions: Texas Trust CU Theatre at Grand Prairie is located at 1001 Performance Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. See driving directions.
Parking: Parking is open two hours prior to the start of each event. ADA parking spots are available in front of the building. There is a designated Drop Off location directly in front of the building. See parking directions.

KERA Ticket & Special Event Policy
• Ticket donations are non-refundable
• One-time credit or debit donation payments only
Tickets are assigned by KERA in the order in which donations are received. If you donate for more than one ticket, seats will be assigned together. We cannot guarantee specific rows or sections. Tickets will be mailed 2-4 weeks prior to the event date.
We try to accommodate all special requests. Accessible seating is available, please let us know in advance if you have requests.
There are a limited number of thank-you tickets available for each show. If a ticket is not listed on our donate page, that level is no longer available through KERA.
If you made a donation for thank-you tickets in 2019 or 2020 for a live concert that was rescheduled, your tickets will be honored on the new concert date.
Event tickets are a thank-you gift for your contribution and a portion of your donation is tax deductible. Please be aware there are no refunds issued for donations received in exchange for ticket offers.
