think.kera.org 9

For many women in the workplace, especially women of color, obstacles and doubts are often internalized. Cecilia Muñoz was the director of the Domestic Policy Council under President Obama and is now vice president for Public Interest Technology and Local Initiatives at New America and a senior fellow at Results for America.
